Careers at Boost eLearning
Build Your Career at a Company That Takes Outcomes Seriously
Boost eLearning has been operating for more than 20 years because we do one thing well: we prepare IT professionals to pass certification exams and retain the skills they need to do their jobs. That focus on measurable outcomes shapes not just what we teach but how we operate. If you want to work somewhere that treats learning as a serious discipline and holds itself accountable to real results, you will fit in here.
Why Boost eLearning
We are not a startup chasing growth metrics, and we are not a large corporation where individual contributions disappear into committee decisions. Boost eLearning is a focused, expert team where the work you do directly affects the experience of learners, the quality of our curriculum, and the reputation of the company in the enterprise training market.
The people who do well at Boost eLearning are self-directed, genuinely interested in IT and learning, comfortable working across functions, and motivated by the quality of the output rather than the volume of activity. We keep the team lean, which means each role carries real responsibility and real visibility.
Areas We Hire In
Instructional Design
Instructional designers at Boost eLearning are responsible for translating technical subject matter and vendor exam blueprints into courses that work — that produce measurable pass rates and lasting retention. You will work closely with Certified Partner Instructors to structure content, write lab guides, build assessments, and apply the Skills-Retention framework to new and updated courses. Experience with IT certification content, adult learning principles, and structured authoring tools is strongly preferred.
Sales
Our sales team works with enterprise IT departments, L&D teams, HR organizations, and managed service providers to scope and structure multi-course certification programs. This is a consultative, relationship-oriented role — our clients invest in training programs, not individual courses, and the sales cycle reflects that. Experience in B2B technology sales, IT services, or workforce development is preferred. Familiarity with enterprise procurement and L&D budget cycles is a plus.
Customer Success
Customer success at Boost eLearning is defined by learner outcomes and client retention, not by ticket resolution time. You will manage enterprise client relationships, track learner progress and pass rates, administer the Pass Guarantee process, and surface feedback to the curriculum and product teams. Strong candidates bring experience in B2B customer success or account management, comfort with data-driven reporting, and a genuine interest in helping people succeed at technical goals.
Marketing
Boost eLearning’s marketing function covers content marketing, SEO, email, paid search, and partner co-marketing. We market to enterprise buyers (IT directors, L&D managers, procurement) and to individual professionals planning their certification path. Strong candidates bring experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing in the technology or education sector. Writing quality matters — we publish substantive content, not keyword-stuffed fluff.
Operations & Technology
We occasionally hire for roles supporting our learning management system, Live Lab infrastructure, and internal operations. These roles require comfort in technical environments and an interest in the operational mechanics of delivering training at scale. Familiarity with LMS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or training operations is relevant experience.
How to Apply
Boost eLearning hires on a rolling basis as roles open. To express interest in any of the areas above — or to submit a general application — send your resume and a brief note describing what you are looking for to [email protected]. We respond to every application and prioritize candidates who clearly understand what we do and why it matters.
