If You Don’t Pass, We Make It Right.
The Boost eLearning Pass Guarantee is straightforward: complete your course, sit your certification exam, and if you do not pass on the first attempt, we will refund your exam fee or provide a free course retake. No fine print designed to disqualify you. A genuine commitment to your result.
How the Pass Guarantee Works
1 — Complete Your Course
Work through 100% of the course content, including all module lessons, practice tests, and assigned lab exercises. Your completion percentage is tracked automatically in your dashboard.
2 — Sit Your Exam
Schedule and attempt your certification exam within 30 days of completing the course. This window keeps your knowledge current and ensures the guarantee reflects genuine preparation.
3 — Submit Your Score Report
If you do not pass on the first attempt, download your official score report from the exam provider and submit it through your learner dashboard or to your account manager.
4 — Choose Your Remedy
Within five business days of receiving your score report, we will issue either a full refund of the exam registration fee or a new course access key for a free retake — your choice.
Why We Can Offer This
Most training providers cannot offer a genuine pass guarantee because their content does not hold up under the pressure of an actual exam. Ours does — for three reasons.
- Certified Partner Instructors. Every course is developed and delivered by instructors who hold active certifications in the subject. They know the exam objectives because they have passed the exams and continued to work in the field. Content reflects current exam versions, not last year’s objectives.
- Skills-Retention Content Design. Courses are structured around spaced repetition, module-level knowledge checks, and practice tests that reflect actual exam difficulty and question formats. You are not just exposed to material — you are tested on it repeatedly, in ways that reveal gaps before exam day does.
- Live Labs. Performance-based questions now appear in most major certification exams. Candidates who have only watched video demonstrations struggle with them. Candidates who have configured a VLAN, deployed a Kubernetes pod, or hardened a Linux server in a live environment do not. Our labs build the procedural memory that performance-based questions test.
Eligibility Requirements
- The course is a Boost eLearning course explicitly marked as Pass Guarantee eligible (displayed on the course page and in your dashboard).
- You complete 100% of the course content, including all lessons, practice tests, and required lab exercises, as recorded in your learner dashboard.
- You schedule and sit your first exam attempt within 30 days of your course completion date.
- The exam attempted matches the certification covered by the course (e.g., completing the CCNA course qualifies you for the CCNA 200-301 exam guarantee, not a different Cisco exam).
- You submit an official score report from an authorized exam provider (Pearson VUE, Prometric, PSI, or equivalent) within 14 days of your failed attempt.
- The course license is an individual license in your name. Team or shared licenses require a separate enterprise Pass Guarantee agreement — contact your account manager.
