Who We Are Looking For
We recruit instructors across all of our certification tracks. The consistent requirement across every discipline is the same: you must hold active, verifiable certifications in the subjects you would deliver, and you must have real-world professional experience applying those skills.
Strong candidates typically include:
- Cisco CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA-certified engineers with hands-on network engineering, security, or data center experience
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Specialty-certified professionals with active cloud architecture or operations backgrounds
- Microsoft Azure-certified professionals, including those with Microsoft MVP designations
- CompTIA-certified practitioners in security, networking, or infrastructure
- PMPs and PMI-ACPs with project delivery experience in IT environments
- EC-Council CEHs and related security certification holders with active penetration testing, SOC, or security engineering backgrounds
- Red Hat RHCE and RHCA-certified Linux professionals
We welcome both full-time instructors and practitioners who deliver training on a part-time or project basis alongside active client work. Many of our best instructors teach because it sharpens their own thinking and extends their professional reach — not because they are transitioning out of technical roles.

This is a significant advantage for instructors who want to deliver hands-on training without the overhead of managing lab infrastructure.
- Curriculum support: You will have access to existing course frameworks, slide decks, lab guides, and assessment materials. You can teach from our existing curriculum or contribute to developing new content — both paths are compensated.
The Application Process
The instructor onboarding process is designed to be rigorous without being bureaucratic. We verify certifications, conduct a technical interview in your subject area, and ask you to deliver a short demonstration session to our curriculum team. If everything aligns, we move to a paid pilot delivery with learner feedback reviewed before a long-term engagement is confirmed.
