Leadership Team
The People Behind Boost eLearning
Boost eLearning is led by a team of professionals who have spent their careers at the intersection of enterprise technology and workforce development. Our leadership brings together deep expertise in instructional design, IT certification, B2B sales, and customer success — all focused on one objective: ensuring that every learner who trains with us leaves with skills they can use.
The company was founded by Alhadeff, whose vision for a retention-first, hands-on approach to IT certification training shaped every aspect of how Boost eLearning is built and operated.
Leadership Roles
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
The CEO sets the strategic direction for Boost eLearning, oversees vendor partnership development, and champions the company’s core belief that Live Labs and measurable retention outcomes are the standard every IT training program should meet. The founder’s background in enterprise IT training and direct experience with certification ecosystems inform every product and partnership decision the company makes.
Vice President of Training & Instruction
The VP of Training & Instruction leads the Certified Partner Instructor network, manages instructor onboarding and quality review, and ensures that every course — across all three delivery modalities — meets the instructional standards that underpin the Boost Pass Guarantee. This role also oversees Live Lab development and the ongoing alignment of course content with active exam objectives.
Vice President of Sales
The VP of Sales leads enterprise and mid-market account development, manages the sales team, and is the primary relationship owner for large-cohort and multi-course training agreements. This role works closely with HR, L&D, and IT leadership at client organizations to scope training programs, structure pricing, and build long-term certification roadmaps that align with business priorities.
Director of Curriculum
The Director of Curriculum oversees the instructional design lifecycle for every Boost eLearning course — from initial outline through peer review, Live Lab scripting, and post-launch update cycles. This role is responsible for applying the Skills-Retention framework (Skills Development, Retention, Application) across the full course catalog and for maintaining alignment with vendor certification requirements as exam blueprints change.
Director of Customer Success
The Director of Customer Success manages learner and client experience from enrollment through certification. This role leads the team responsible for proactive learner support, Pass Guarantee administration, training progress reporting for enterprise accounts, and the feedback loops that inform curriculum and product improvements. Customer success at Boost eLearning is defined by pass rates and skill retention — not just course completion.
Our Leadership Philosophy
Boost eLearning’s leadership team operates on the principle that quality in IT training is not an accident — it is the result of decisions made every week about instructors, curriculum, and client engagement. The team is structured to keep those decisions close to the people with the deepest subject-matter expertise: the VP of Training and Director of Curriculum have final authority on content and instructor standards, not sales or marketing. That structure is intentional and non-negotiable.
It also means our leadership team is directly accessible to enterprise clients. An IT director negotiating a 50-seat certification program for a cloud migration team is not handed off to an account coordinator after contracting — they have access to the customer success and training leadership who can make decisions, solve problems, and adjust course design when organizational priorities change.
