Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) Online Training & Certification Prep
Master Microsoft 365 tenant management, identity governance, security, and compliance to earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert designation. Hands-on Live Labs let you administer real Microsoft 365 tenants without risk to production environments.

Course Overview
The Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) course prepares IT professionals to plan, deploy, and manage a Microsoft 365 enterprise tenant. Delivered by Microsoft Certified Partner instructors, the curriculum spans the full administrative surface of Microsoft 365: user and group lifecycle, hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), security baselines, compliance policies, and the Microsoft 365 Defender suite.
Unlike vendor slide decks, every concept in this course is reinforced through Live Labs β provisioned Microsoft 365 tenants where you configure Conditional Access policies, manage Exchange Online mailflows, deploy Microsoft Intune device compliance profiles, and investigate alerts in Microsoft Purview. You build the muscle memory that multiple-choice questions test for.
The course is structured around the four measured skill domains of the MS-102 exam: deploying and managing a Microsoft 365 tenant, implementing and managing identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID, managing security and threats using Microsoft 365 Defender, and managing compliance using Microsoft Purview. Our Certified Partner instructors map every module to exam objectives so there are no gaps in your preparation.
Enrollment includes three learning modalities β self-paced video, live instructor-led sessions, and on-demand practice labs β so you can study around shift work or project deadlines. The Pass Guarantee backs your investment: if you sit the MS-102 exam and do not pass on your first attempt, Boost eLearning provides a complimentary re-sit preparation pathway at no additional cost.
